Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can follow your shipment directly on the Omniva, DPD, or FedEx® website.
Returns & Exchanges
All KAIN WHILLS® products are made-to-order using certified protective fabrics and undergo strict quality control.
Returns are accepted only after prior authorization and in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item or size was sent
- The item is unused, unworn, and not customized (e.g., without logo embroidery)

We will send return authorization and instructions.
Refunds:
Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
